What We Need: A scanned photo (closeups work best) and some information about your pet
1. You agree to to release your photo to us by sending us the picture and information and:
2. Provide us with the following information:
-- Your name
-- Your pet's name, age, city and state
-- Your pet's breed (when applicable)
-- Fun and interesting facts about your pet such as: How did you get your pet? What are his/her favorite tricks? How did he get his name? Why is your pet the greatest? What unique experiences have you had with your pet? What's his/her favorite treat?
3. E-mail a jpeg photo along with the information. Send the information along with the picture. The photo may be in .gif, .tif or .jpg format. Send to: webmaster@cleverdog.com
