Despite his blundering efforts, he's a high-brow, sharply witty, little dog using clever plans to outsmart his enemies, sometimes with hilariously unintended results. Snobbish, cerebral and downright neurotic; Matisse is a canine Frasier Crane. Matisse tackles his adventures with a good heart and good intentions; sometimes overshooting his goal and falling flat on his face. He’s not Lassie--but he aspires to be. |
